Inventive modern Korean fusion food with a focus on sustainability. Offering delicious dishes such as Bibimbap, Soft-shell crab burger, Gochugaru fries & Kimchi pancakes, all made from local, fresh, premium ingredients. Green Choy aims to recreate the bold flavours from the most-loved Seoul dishes with a simple aim – good food that respects our planet and is affordable to everyone.

Chef Jose Caetano is a highly experienced chef and entrepreneur who has operated in some of London’s most famous restaurants, and founded the Pad Thai Group in 2020 with the ambition of providing an enjoyable and affordable dining experience using ethically sourced ingredients. Green Choy purchases from small-scale local producers and suppliers. All boxes, takeaway containers and other consumables are 100% biodegradable (Green Choy even have edible plates!) and they have a zero policy on the usage of plastic bottles or containers. Green Choy also has a beautifully decorated upstairs floral mezzanine for customers to enjoy their food. They have a great variety of Soju cocktails, organic wines and live music on Thursdays! “It’s on another level at Green Choy in Tooting Market. The Korean chicken - I’ve never tasted any chicken that rivals this! The chicken is so tender and crisp. Soft crab burger - is BIG yet delicate and the kimchi is out of this world. The Bao buns soft and steamed with 5hr cooked braised beef - literally melts in your mouth. Better than most places in central London and sensible prices.”
