Chef Jose Caetano is a highly experienced chef and entrepreneur who has operated in some of London’s most famous restaurants, and founded the Pad Thai Group in 2020 with the ambition of providing an enjoyable and affordable dining experience using ethically sourced ingredients. Green Choy purchases from small-scale local producers and suppliers. All boxes, takeaway containers and other consumables are 100% biodegradable (Green Choy even have edible plates!) and they have a zero policy on the usage of plastic bottles or containers. Green Choy also has a beautifully decorated upstairs floral mezzanine for customers to enjoy their food. They have a great variety of Soju cocktails, organic wines and live music on Thursdays!
